Dubroom Online - Edition October 2, 2007
"SOUND SYSTEM EXPERIENCE" (WEBMASTER'S COLUMN)
WWW, October 2 2007 - One of the best ways to enjoy Reggae is through the speakers of a Sound System with an MC chanting on top of a pre-recorded DUB.
Often, you'll hear the best coming out of the heart and soul of the vocalists who can be toasters as much as singers. The sound is right, with loads of bass and additional effects over the music.
Kind of like the video we reviewed for this edition of Dubroom Online, where you can -by the way- see a very young Yami Bolo as he rides a riddim together with Sugar Minott and the rest of Sugar's Sound System the Youthman Promotion.
Give Thanks, One Love,
Messian Dread (Dubroom Webmaster)
