"ONLINE DUB ARTISTS (8)" (WEBMASTER'S COLUMN)
WWW, April 9 2009 - The Online DUB Artist Community is first and foremost a free community. There is not one site that can claim to be "The" site for this Community.
This month, for example, we explore a lot of DUB, most of which is released by Online Labels just like the Dubroom Star Selections Net Label. The material is put online under the Creative Commons Copyright, meaning that you can download it for free, even put it on your website, but you can't make money with it.
The number of websites that do their part in promoting the works of the Online DUB Artist Community, is growing as well. Independent artists and labels release music through their own websites, there are also places where everyone can upload their own musical works, and sites like the Dubroom are observing and reviewing the best of what is coming out of the Community, from wherever in Cyberspace they might release their musical works from.

With several echo's flowing into the rhythm, even echoings on the bass, this one is a deep DUB celebration of the Love and Unity that JAH give to His children. It's joyous, and yet, it's deep!

CRUCIAL ALPHONSO - WATENDE STEPPERS FEATURING REFLEXIAN (PART 1)
Massive, crucial and full of right vibrations: Crucial Alphonso uses this effect on that instrument in what is a nice example of what the French speaking part of Europe actually does with DUB in their culture.
