WWW, August 24 2014 - The fifth Dubroom video of this year
has that other mix of the two-track release "His Imperial Dubwise".
This mix is completely different than the extended one also released at You Tube
and so is the video.
Making video's has a lot in common with making Dub. Well, "dub" is
also a movie term so yes the commonalities have been established before. Making
video's from a Dub track can be very challenging, especially when you want to go
a bit further than putting effects on screen.
Anyway, hopefully you like what you hear (and perhaps see).

The video deals with the recent murder of a young black man called Michael Brown by a white police man. Another bredda killed dead. Babylon system crushing down.

Now, perhaps you are interested in not just the music but the other contents
of the audio (and video) as well. A very good thing indeed.
Please read on.
This video -as well as the audio- contains historical footage that has -perhaps
unfortunately- lost not one ounce in relevance. It contains a message for all,
but since this was taken from a speech in front of world wide evangelists there
is an extra dimension for those (that claim to be) Born Again Christians and yet
can only come with negative statements concerning His Imperial Majesty Haile
Selassie I Of Ethiopia.
Here are some questions, adressed in the music and even stronger in the video:
Why is it that your average Christian can only say about the Emperor, that he
"is not God"? Could it be the propaganda machine of the
"Christian Industry" that tries to keep it's customers -the faithfull-
far away from the Freedom Sounds called Reggae Music and the knowledge about the
Ethiopian Connection in the Bible? Could it be the result of a form of racism
that claims how there is a "Judeo-Christian Civilization" in what the
Rastaman and many others have rightly identified as Babylon System? Could it be,
that a true "Judeo-Christian" Civilization has existed almost from the
day our Lord was crucified and rose again?
Where Ethiopia is mentioned almost at the first page of the Bible and in many
passages afterwards, a pattern arises that can not be ignored by serious
scholars of the Holy Scriptures.
Moses' wife was Ethiopian and Jah punished the racists who protested against
that marriage.
The first official representant of any government that heard and accepted the
Gospel of Jesus Christ was the Ethiopian Noble Man, who brought back the gospel
to a country that was already serving the Most High through the knowledge of
King Solomon.
Talking about a real "Judeo-Christian Civilization"!
And so, this video is many things.
First and foremost, this is a wake up call for all born again Christians who
think that they are serving God when they denegrate Haile Selassie. Where only
portions of Billy Graham's introduction of Haile Selassie to an audience of
world-wide evangelists back in 1966 is used, listening to the whole speech
(without music) would definitely break down that wall of ignorance even more.
In the same time, this is a wake-up call for those that think Rastafari and
Christian livity do not go together or worse: must fight each other. You know
who you are, warriors in what is definitely not the good fight even though you
might think you are fighting the good fight.
Equally, this video is a livication (rather than a deadication) to all people of
all colour who do fight the good fight. The fight against racial injustice, the
spiritual fight against spiritual wickedness in high places.
A livication to Billy Graham, who back in 1966 introduced Haile Selassie as
"Chief of State who can greet us in the Name of Jesus Christ". In a
time where in his own "christian" country apartheid and "christianity"
was seen as similar, Billy Graham pointed to a different direction. Check this

Granted: most 12" vinyl releases will carry Discomixes that sometimes last up until 9 minutes, where the two tracks on this release together last about eleven minutes. However, the longer a track the less room there is for a good bass and that's the reason why this release is brought to you as a virtual twelve inch maxi single: this is Sound System Style Dubwise and that means nuff bass!
TRINITY - LIGHT OF THIS DUBWISE (EXTENDED)
The track opens with the typical Sound System DUB Siren, while Trinity starts introducing the track and the Name of the Light of this world, when the basds drops in, the drums follows and there is a militant style stepper with nuff space for MC's to add their own lyrics without forgetting the fact that this is a Messian Dread Dub and that means nuff Dub mixing as well.
DILLINGER - DWELL IN LOVE AND DUBWISE (EXTENDED)
With excellent backing vocals from none other than Don Goliath, Dillinger's part of this two-track release has a less militant yet equally strong Roots vibration. On the other hand, the Dub mixing is more intense in this one. The horns, recorded in Mad Professor's Ariwa studio, are completely transformed at times. Like the vocals, that is. More than enough message in this one, too!

RAS KITCHEN - ANYTHING INYTHING/STAY WHEN IT

Ras Kitchen lives a humble life with his family in the hills of Jamaica. At times, he welcomes visitors in his yard and introduces them to this life, giving them a wealth of knowledge and insight that they would never have gotten if they would just have visited the tourist places. Another thing the Ras is known to do is to introduce Ital Cooking and Jamaican Cooking to the world wide audience and nation-wide on Jamaican television. His video's are priceless, even when you are not into cooking!
In order to raise a little bit of money, for just a a little bit more decent living if you will, Ras Kitchen released two free vocal sample packs from his website. They are reviewed for Studio Dubroom, a sub-site of the Dubroom where producer of (DUB) Reggae can find information and download things. It's not really something for people who are not actively involved in producing Reggae Music, but when Ras Kitchen comes with two Dubwise tracks produced in the Dubroom Studio especially for the Ras things obviously change.
The first "side" of this "virtual 7 inch" is the more relaxed one. As Ras Kitchen speaks about Rastafari and how the music will "just gwaan, right on and on" while the -excellent- backing vocals speak about "no regrets", the drum and bass leads us all the way from the top to the very last drop while some heavyweight Dub mixing goes on, at times completely scattering the chords into a thousand pieces.
"Stay When It Dub" has a much more intense vibe, both in the hints to JAH, the Source of Living Water, as well as the music and mixing. The effects are layered on top of each other, while the heavyweight bass and drum keep on playing. Every now and then they make room, sometimes for a flute and at other times something different happens.

WWW, December 2010 - As the European Union forces the country of Greece into cutting all kind of spendings, these very same leaders will also force the country into buying all kinds of stuff for the military.
One billion Euro's in cuts, two billion of Euro's into a couple of war ships from France. That is just one of the ways in which the country is being plundered by the global organizations.

Christians in Israel and the Palestine areas are suffering under heavy attacks by both extremist Muslims and Jews. Although some join the IDF, there are many who have to migrate or suffer severe persecution.
The track is almost 4 minutes long, where the second part is in DUB Style. Otherwise, the word Discomix would be quite inappropriate indeed. As with the audio DUB part, the video also looks back at just what the lyrics are all about. As Messian Dread is mixing, we see just what a musical chanting down of Babylon and worshipping the Most High JAH actually can be done in DUB!
