Evaluating 2007 (10)

Dubroom Online - Edition December 31, 2007

"EVALUATING 2007 (10)" (WEBMASTER'S COLUMN)

WWW, December 31 2007 - This day concludes another calendar year. For the Dubroom, a turbulent and dynamic year in which the intensity increased.

People came together, from several parts of the globe, united in a love for the truth and a love for Reggae Music. Truthlovers were introduced to Reggae, and conscious Reggae lovers were introduced to other conscious people.

Next year, Jah Willing, we will pay much more attention to that other, enigmatic aspect of the Dubroom: Consciousness.

Have a peaceful transition!

DUBROOM MP3 REVIEW

WWW, December 2007 - When the music starts playing after 30 seconds, DJ Ian Irie has already taken us straight into a DEEP ROOTS VIBE.

Ambassada Hi-Power is a UK based Sound System that traces it's roots back to the 1970's. Obviously, this says a thing or two and one of these "things" is SHAKA.
JAH SHAKA, to be precise.

"More Rootical Culture, Selector!" opens up with a big up to the man whose name is synonymous with militant and conscious Roots Music presented with deep bass and upfull lyrics. JAH Shaka's Sound System has inspired and keeps inspiring people to Chant Down Babylon too.

In the UK, Conscious and militant Sound Systems even form a genre in themselves. You could speak about a Rootical Culture, definitely. And so it is no surprise when one Conscious Sound System bigs up another instead of mashing him down as we see so often in other Dancehalls.

The Rootical Culture can also be recognized by experiencing -rather than listening- to the Podcast. Reggae Music productions from all times and places come together and DJ Ian Irie's Mixing Board makes sure that everything blends together into a harmonic Inity.

Indeed: More Rootical Culture, Selector!

"EVALUATING 2007 (9)" (WEBMASTER'S COLUMN)

WWW, December 30 2007 - Reviews, research and releases. The Dubroom teamed up with JAH Mark Ragsdale, who ran a small independent record store but also the Star Recordings Record Label.

In 2007, Star Recordings released the first ever Messian Dread CD-only album, called "Showcase".

More releases came from the Dubroom Star Selections Net Label, offering free downloads from Dubroom productions as well as works by other artists.

In 2008, the Net Label might just grow further, as the Dubroom Studio is also expanding.

DUBROOM MP3 REVIEW

WWW, December 2007 - Heavy, heavy Roots you can't refuse: Ambassada Hi-Power's DJ Ian Irie comes once again with a selection of vocals and dubs that will make the weak heart drop.

We call it rootical, because the music is Roots Reggae Music. Roots Music which provides the foundation and the life for both the branches and the fruits. This foundational Reggae Music more often than not comes with Conscious lyrics or titles.

Conscious themes and vibes are Ambassada Hi-Power's musical trade mark. With that, they are part of a Culture of Conscious Sound Systems which especially in the UK has a long-lasting history and future as well!

"More Rootical, Selector!" is a traditional Rootical mix by one of the foundational UK based Sound Systems. It's a hard core mix with deep dubs and penetrating vocal tracks that lasts just over an hour.

We'll hear gems like Johnny Clarke's version of Crazy Baldhead and Barrington Levy's Bounty Hunter together with heavy UK DUB productions by Mafia and Fluxy, the UK's very own Riddim Twins.

When we arrive at Bunny Wailer's "Cool Runnings", we have another uplifting experience behind us, that will keep us craving for more Rootical Culture, Selector!

WWW, December 29 2007 - A lot of the spiritual and other conscious material can be found on the Dubroom Messageboards.

Not only are all new reviews, releases and research re-posted on the boards so that in-depth discussions can (and do) take place, sometimes there is also news posted on the boards that will subsequently find their way to the website and beyond.

Just recently, for example, one of the contributors to the Dubroom Message Boards posted a news article about the Lakota nation in North America, who declared independence from USA, long before any mainstream media would pick it up.

Ian knows his Reggae, and we know his house. We love to be there, because we get crucial music. Crucial music, historical recordings that changed the sound of Reggae.

And we get it presented in a very Irie way, too.
The 16th episode of the House of Reggae is no exception to that rule.

Once again, Ian manages to keep up with the high standard he has placed for himself. He makes you feel at home, tells you where you are about to listen to and he will make you listen, too!

HOUSE OF REGGAE #15
DUBROOM MP3 REVIEW

WWW, December 2007 - It only takes our host a few seconds to introduce himself and the 15th episode of the House of Reggae. What follows is another hour of crucial niceness presented in an Irie atmosphere.

The show opens and ends with a tune by vocalist Ken Boothe, of who we know a lot after listening to House Of Reggae part 15.

Of course, because in the mean time we have seen how Ian's House Of Reggae does much more than just taking the music to our ears: we are provided with back-ground information for which research was done especially for the show itself.

His original concept of Reggae Info-tainment has provided our host with something as well, because the House Of Reggae has a well deserved place on the top of Reggae Podcasts.

In this episode, Brother Ian tells us -among many other things- all about the rising of the Discomix.

It was the time wherein "Disco Music" was hot and extended mixes were released on 12" vinyl, creating a whole new genre of releases in the Reggae market as well. We're treated to several great examples of the extended mix with fatter bass than on LP or 7".

Another great episode of a Podcast series that has proven it's right to existence and actually adds something to the enormous wealth of material out there.

"EVALUATING 2007 (6)" (WEBMASTER'S COLUMN)

WWW, December 27 2007 - Not only did the Dubroom significantly expand in the are of musical reviews and releases, the spiritual side of everything was intense as well.

You's truly started what was later called "A Spiritual Journey Called Psalm 91". A rather enigmatic title for a process wherein I discovered my own spiritual identity to a deeper level and also started to write more openly about the supernatural experiences that I sometimes face.

Against fierce opposition, but with the help of stronger Idren and most of all: in the power of the Most High, I discovered the very mechanisms in which mystery Babylon keeps her followers "initiated", or to put it more accurate: in con-fusion.

SLEEPER'S RECORD SHACK: FAR EAST SOUND
DUBROOM MP3 REVIEW

WWW, December 2007 - Say "Far East Sound", say "Augustus Pablo". Of course! But as Mick Sleeper shows in yet another one of his great Podcasts, there's just a little more behind it, too.

Chop Stick meets Drum Stick!

Ever since the colonizers killed off the original inhabitants, people have been "migrating" to Jamaica. Needless to say, that Jamaica's history has determined the (Musical) Culture of the Island.

The Movement Of Rastafari, for example, could not have come into existence if it were not for the fact that many Jamaicans are direct descendants of Africans who were taken to the "New World" to works as slaves.

But Jamaica has more. Many Jamaicans are descendants from Chinese people, or others from the Far East. Producers such as Clive Chin, for example. Or Earl "Chinna" Smith...

Obviously, all of this had an influence on Reggae Music as well. Just like there is an African Sound, there is a... Far East Sound too.

So, no, it's not just Augustus Pablo even though he is widely considered to be the figurehead of the sound. With his melodica, he told many musical stories without words and definitely created what everyone would recognize as a Far East Sound.

Sleeper's 12th Podcast perfectly portrays this Far East Sound, showing how next to the -obligatory- Augustus Pablo works there is much more to be discovered.

Get it!

"EVALUATING 2007 (5)" (WEBMASTER'S COLUMN)

WWW, December 26 2007 - In 2007, the Dubroom studio was significantly expanded with the coming of a digital drum kit.

This gave rise to the possibility of actually recording a full band in the same independence that gave birth to the Dubroom website.

Thus far, the Dubroom studio facilitated the mixing of DUB music and recording vocals, but a full blown band could not be recorded.

But now the Studio is in a process of becoming full-blown. All of this takes a lot of time, which will be taken in the year 2008.

WWW, December 2007 - What do you do when your local Record Shop sells all it's vinyl for just 50 Dollar cents each, including a massive collection of Joe Gibbs 12" and LP's?

Right...

Before you sell them all on E-bay and make quite some money with it, you make sure you have the stuff on your Hard Disk and create a crucial Podcast so that each and everyone can share in the rejoicement.

Joe Gibbs, of course, is a well-known Reggae Producer whose large catalogue of releases include every name in the business and beyond. His "African DUB" series belong to the essentials and his 12" releases are well sought-after by avid collectors of Jamaican Music who are prepared to pay a lot of money of sites like E-bay for just a vinyl release.

But never mind the games that the collectors play among themselves.

Let's just enjoy the music, for it really is about the music and no money can buy or sell what music can give. Let's enjoy the seven tunes Sleeper selected for us, because each and every one fits in the "all-killer-no-filler" category.

The seven selections in Sleeper's 11th episode of great Podcasts all come in the same format: First we have the singers singing, then the mix goes over in DUB style and the MC takes the mike in his hand.

Priceless!

GHETTO ORGAN STYLE
DUBROOM MP3 REVIEW

WWW, December 2007 - When Toots and the Maytalls performed their track "Reggae Got Soul", they could very well have the Ghetto Organ riddim in mind.

One-Riddim CD's are usually interesting for DJ's who like to play a different version all the time. On their Podcasts, for example. For there is a big difference between a CD and a Podcast.

that's why One-Riddim Podcasts need to have some relevance, for even the most staunch lover of Reggae Music will not really like to listen to just one riddim for let's say half an hour or -in the case of this podcast- three quarters.

They will like Ghetto Organ Style, though.

The Ghetto Organ riddim itself is very soulful. You'll hear it as soon as you downloaded the Podcast and start to play it. The tune you will hear may not be recognized as Reggae at all!

As the mix goes further, we discover just how strong and flexible Reggae Music really is. Yes, Jamaican Music is known to absorb and integrate the vibes-of-the-times, but not too many people will realize just how far this goes.

The music definitely is timely. Throughout the whole show, we will not leave the realms of the 1970's even though the theme of the riddim (Living In The Ghetto) hasn't lost one bit of it's actuality...

WWW, December 24 2007 - Ten years ago, there was no MP3 format. We released our music in MIDI format, and with that the Dubroom was one of the first websites where independent artists presented their music straight to the listeners.

The Dubroom hosted a few downloadable Real Audio files, and received feedback from concerned people who wondered if it was such a good idea to put music online for free download.

Now, the Dubroom has the largest collection of MP3 reviews, of which most can be downloaded for free.

A TRIBUTE TO DESMOND DEKKER
DUBROOM MP3 REVIEW

WWW, December 2007 - A decade before Bob Marley and the Wailers would conquer the world with their brand of Reggae Music, Desmond Dekker would do the same with his brand of SKA.

Israelites, anyone?

Desmond "Dekker" Dacres was born in 1942. 21 years later, he would have his first tune released: "Honor Your Mother And Father" was a biblical reference to Jah Livity that so many in Jamaica know themselves to be involved with.

Many know his world-hit "Israelites", which also had a biblical theme as Desmond described the every day situation of the average Jamaican and compared it rightfully with the situation of the average Israelite in Babylonian exile.

Long before Bob Marley would conquer the world which provided him with the title "King of Reggae", Desmond Dekker would do the same which gave him the title "King of Ska".

Like Bob Marley, Desmond would provide his audience with a combination of righteous and spiritual lyrics on one hand, and lighter topics such as lover's affairs on the other.

Reasons enough for our host Cloverdale Dave to livicate a whole podcast to the works of the King of Ska. 25 tracks filled with Reasoning and Seasoning, with Sugar and Spice...

Every now and then, Dave will pop in to provide some information and remind you where you are listening to, but for the rest it's all about the man and his music.

STOP THAT TRAIN #9
DUBROOM MP3 REVIEW

WWW, December 2007 - Contemporary -digital- remixes of ancient -analogue- tunes form the spinal colom of this deep DUB excursion wherein we explore what Jamaican Music has done with many UK based artists.

Sure, some tunes have nothing to do with Reggae and you really need to know a little bit about DUB before you recognize just what that tune is doing in this Podcast anyway.

Sure, puritans will not even want to listen straight to the end and they will be missing out some thing there. For it is clear, that the 9th episode of "Stop That Train" is a true work of art in itself.

A work of art that should not be listened to as if it is just another Reggae Podcast, for you will be deeply disappointed when that is all you are looking for.

We'll hear fragments of what seems to be movie clips, with a slice of humor. There's even a special remix of the Special's classic "Ghost Town" created by Version Big-Fi, who are (associated with) the crew behind Stop That Train.

However, that one tune by a band called "The Cult" is definitely out-of-place, even though it has some DUB elements. Out-of-place, because the "DUB" part is way too short and the rest of the tune is self-explanatory.

Like all cults, the "Cult" is a problem. Skipping it simply solves the problem.

Or will it?

STOP THAT TRAIN #8
DUBROOM MP3 REVIEW

WWW, December 2007 - A very interesting 12" by UB40 is just one highlight of another massive Podcast by the UK based collective behind "Stop That Train". Don't let it pass you by, for the mix may not be available for download forever!

Johnny Clarke's "Leggo Violence" is a massive tune, even decades after it was originally released. That could be a reason just why Stop That Train #8 opens up with it.

Another reason could be, that the second selection is a very interesting "cover" version (including a heavy DUB) of "Leggo Violence", containing some "very UK" DUB Poetry.

Interesting seems to be the best word to describe the 56 minutes non-stop mix of Drum-And-Bass niceness. We're taken back into time, pulled back into this century, flown to Jamaica to meet spiritual people and driven to the UK where UB40 explains to us why they do not believe in JAH.

Yes, that's right. There are some people who play Reggae and do not believe in JAH.

Some of them are hypocrites because they will sing about Him anyway, but this cannot be said about the band who named themselves after the well-fare form they had to fill in before they became one of the top Reggae bands of the world.

"Don't Let It Pass You By" is a very heartical tune by the band, even though statements such as "There Is No One Coming With That Freedom Train" and suggestions how spiritual people are blind will cause disagreements with many who know themselves to be on that train anyway and don't consider themselves to be blind at all...

But after listening to the excellent tune with superb DUB version, no one can be in their right mind and deny UB40's well-deserved place within Reggae Music.

A great Podcast, with nuff brain-food!

Yes, the first 15 minutes definitely set the tone for the rest of the 50 minutes: massive is the word.

Without apology!

I JAH MAN LEVI - I WANT TO BE FREE (LIVE)
Dubroom (DUB) Reggae Video Review

WWW, December 2007 - I Jah Man Levi is best known for his classic "Jah Heavy Load", and his own special place within spiritual Reggae Music.

I Jah Man is known to prefer a quiet life, far away from the rat race called the Music Industry. As a conscious Rastaman, he doesn't care too much about the things Babylon System has to offer him.

However, he wouldn't deny his existence on the planet and knows how much Reggae Music is needed. Performing world-wide for audiences hungry for conscious Reggae Music, I Jah Man brings some upfull vibes to each and everyone.

CORRECTION!

Originally, this review contained the following paragraph:

I Jah Man is so special, that he's not even listen in books like The Rough Guide To Reggae and an Internet search for Trevor Sutherland will not provide much more either.

The statement printed in bold turned out to be untrue!

An attentive reader of the Dubroom pointed out (see below), that I (Messian Dread) actually made a huge mistake while writing the review: I did not look close enough in the Rough Guide to Reggae as I JAH Man is definitely mentioned in the book.

Mea Culpa, I stand corrected. Thank you!

Consciousness In Cyberspace (3) (Webmaster Column)

Dubroom Online - Edition December 20, 2007

"CONSCIOUSNESS IN CYBERSPACE (3)" (WEBMASTER'S COLUMN)

WWW, December 20 2007 - Reggae Music has served as a source of information for millions of people, long before there was an Internet open to the general public.

But now, Cyberspace is here!

Independent websites like the Dubroom provide services to the truth seekers and lovers of the rhythm of the drum and bassline alike, that could never be given in the "Outernet".

It's even so, that Cyberspace brings people together that would otherwise never have met each other.

Mukti Sistema Sonoro - Leão Selecta
DUBROOM MP3 REVIEW

WWW, December 2007 - You don't need a language gene to figure out that here is Mukti Sound System presenting a Lion Selection.

You need a Reggae gene for it, or a DUB gene. Do you have one?

The Lion Selection opens up with a short reasoning by the Rastafari Elders. If you are -like some others- claiming that DUB cannot carry a message and is basically "dumb" music, you have just woken up the Lion and you really shouldn't do that.

Or maybe you should and really feel the strength of DUB. For if there is one thing that describes this excellent Podcast, it must be the well-placed title, even though it is written in a language that many do not understand.

DUB truly is one of the strongest disciplines within Reggae Music and even beyond that. As the words are scarce, the music obviously appeals to more parts of our consciousness than just the language section.

A Lion communicates without words. You could say, that until a certain level DUB does the same. DUB appeals straight to those parts in our soul that deal with things "unspeakable".

Just ask Mukti and he will tell you.

In fact, he already did and the result is reviewed right here.

Mukti's Lion Selection basically consists out of the better DUB material from all over the world. Material that isn't necessarily that known within the circles of those that know their Reggae and especially their DUB.
We will hear King Jammy dubbing the Japanese band Dry and Heavy, for example. Zenzile is there too, a great DUB band that many may never have heard of before.

From the top to the very last drop, everything is mixed very skillfully. Non-stop, we are taken from one crucial selection into the next. As we move through a wide variety of vibes and styles, times and places, the message is clear: Those who claim DUB is "dumb music" are themselves really deaf.

Lakota Nation Declares Independance From USA (From The Dubroom Message Boards)

LAKOTA NATION DECLARES INDEPENDANCE FROM USA
FROM THE DUBROOM MESSAGE BOARDS
WWW, December 20 2007 - Last night, news reached the Dubroom Message Boards that the Lakota, a nation of original inhabitants of North America, have declared independance from the USA.

According to our source, the news did not (yet???) reach the mainstream news media in the USA.

According to an article on an Australian news site (see below), quoted on the Dubroom Message Boards, one spokesman was recorded saying: "We are no longer citizens of the United States of America and all those who live in the five-state area that encompasses our country are free to join us''.

Sitting Bull's people break away from US

Read MoreFrom correspondents in Washington December 20, 2007 03:10pm

THE Lakota Indians, who gave the world legendary warriors Sitting Bull and Crazy Horse, have withdrawn from treaties with the US.

"We are no longer citizens of the United States of America and all those who live in the five-state area that encompasses our country are free to join us,'' long-time Indian rights activist Russell Means said.

A delegation of Lakota leaders has delivered a message to the State Department, and said they were unilaterally withdrawing from treaties they signed with the federal government of the US, some of them more than 150 years old.

The group also visited the Bolivian, Chilean, South African and Venezuelan embassies, and would continue on their diplomatic mission and take it overseas in the coming weeks and months.

Lakota country includes parts of the states of Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana and Wyoming.

The new country would issue its own passports and driving licences, and living there would be tax-free - provided residents renounce their US citizenship, Mr Means said.

The treaties signed with the US were merely "worthless words on worthless paper," the Lakota freedom activists said.

Withdrawing from the treaties was entirely legal, Means said. "This is according to the laws of the United States, specifically article six of the constitution,'' which states that treaties are the supreme law of the land, he said.

``It is also within the laws on treaties passed at the Vienna Convention and put into effect by the US and the rest of the international community in 1980. We are legally within our rights to be free and independent,'' said Means.

The Lakota relaunched their journey to freedom in 1974, when they drafted a declaration of continuing independence -- an overt play on the title of the United States' Declaration of Independence from England.

Thirty-three years have elapsed since then because ``it takes critical mass to combat colonialism and we wanted to make sure that all our ducks were in a row,'' Means said.

One duck moved into place in September, when the United Nations adopted a non-binding declaration on the rights of indigenous peoples -- despite opposition from the United States, which said it clashed with its own laws.

``We have 33 treaties with the United States that they have not lived by. They continue to take our land, our water, our children,'' Phyllis Young, who helped organize the first international conference on indigenous rights in Geneva in 1977, told the news conference.

The US ``annexation'' of native American land has resulted in once proud tribes such as the Lakota becoming mere ``facsimiles of white people,'' said Means.

Oppression at the hands of the US government has taken its toll on the Lakota, whose men have one of the shortest life expectancies - less than 44 years - in the world.

Lakota teen suicides are 150 per cent above the norm for the US; infant mortality is five times higher than the US average; and unemployment is rife, according to the Lakota freedom movement's website.

Dubroom Online - Edition December 19, 2007

"CONSCIOUSNESS IN CYBERSPACE (2)" (WEBMASTER'S COLUMN)

WWW, December 19 2007 - There's an ancient prophecy in the Book of Life, that says: "In the End, knowledge will increase as many will do research and move to and fro".
A perfect description of the Internet, wouldn't you say so?

The message in Conscious Reggae Music is very much related to the message recorded in the ancient Book of Life.
It is a message that deserves and even demands further research. Research that could not be done until the Internet would open up to the general public.

THE ARCH 2005 PART TWO
DUBROOM MP3 REVIEW

WWW, December 2007 - The second part of the friendly Sound Clash between the Finnish Cool Runnings and the French Steppin' Youth takes the listener further into the upfull realms of Reggae Music.

"Consciousness" is a word that pops up every now and then when you deal with Reggae Music. It is a word that indicates many things, and the debate about just what Consciousness is will keep going on until JAH Kingdom finally come.

Whatever your particular view may be, you will not deny that Steppin' Youth and Cool Runnings deal with Consciousness too. Their musical selections, their talk in the mike and the overall vibrations speak volumes in that respect.

The second part of their friendly Soundclash contains a lot, and that means a lot, of Conscious material. The tunes are strong, the message is penetrating and will not leave much room for interpretation either.

Take it, or leave it, as they say...

But you better take it!

STEEL PULSE -STATE OF EMERGENCY
Dubroom (DUB) Reggae Video Review

WWW, December 2007 - Emerged from the Punky Reggae Party back in the 1970's, UK based Reggae band Steel Pulse still stands strong as we can see in the 9 minutes of this video.

Steel Pulse has a very special way of getting the message across.

Their music is their own special kind of Reggae, which some would call commercial. You couldn't say this about the message, though, which makes the band kind of special.

It was Bob Marley who started this tradition of playing in a way that will appeal to a world-wide audience hooked on commercial music, but with an undiluted message.

Watch the band as they play decades-old tune that hasn't lost one bit of it's relevance in word and sound.

Dubroom Online - Edition December 18, 2007

"CONSCIOUSNESS IN CYBERSPACE (1)" (WEBMASTER'S COLUMN)

WWW, December 18 2007 - The Dubroom promotes (DUB) Reggae and Consciousness, a combination that can not be appreciloved by everyone.

However, the Dubroom is still strong after ten years and can be seen as one of the first sites where the lyrics of Conscious Reggae are not just taken seriously, but put in a broader context.

In 2007, we fortunately see more and more websites and individuals doing the same thing with the result that we see some very interesting developments.

Consciousness in Cyberspace could very well be just a little bigger than you might think!

DUBROOM MP3 REVIEW

WWW, December 2007 - The one is stepping, the other one prefers to take a cool runnings. The one hails from France, the other one has his Head Quarters way up north in Suomi Finland.

It can be considered general knowledge, that Reggae Music has a root in the UK for as long as the music exists. The island in front of the European Continent has obviously been instrumental is spreading the Roots and Culture vibration all over the continent and so it was done.

In 2007, Europe knows many, many, many Sound Systems that have an emphasis on Roots and Culture. Paris based "Steppin' Youth" is one of them, and so is the Finnish based Cool Runnings.

Two years earlier, in 2005, the two European Sound Systems came together for a friendly "Sound Clash": top selections in their pocket, energy in their souls, love in their hearts.

Love for Jah, love for the people, and love for the music: it is so very obvious when you experience the first episode of "The Arch 2005". Vinyl scratches, joyful words of wisdom, jingles and sound effects are all there to satisfy our needs.

Enjoy!

New Age Rage: Michael Tsarion

NEW AGE RAGE (2): MICHAEL TSARION
BABYLON OBERVER REPORT

WWW, December 2007 - Introducing Michael Tsarion, New Age apologist and defender of the Luciferian faith.

Don't tell anyone who he really is, though: "The only debate I'll give this pathetic specimen is with my fist."

Meet Michael Tsarion, descendant of a long bloodline of Irish druids.

For a couple of hundred dollars, he will sell you a DVD set wherein he will brainwash you for well over ten hours with what can only be described as a total apology of Satanism.

The Babylon Observer heard him talk about the "fine book" of Mme Blavatsky, Isis Unveiled. Blavatsky can be seen as the mother of the New Age Movement, as she published a number of books in the 19th century that laid down the foundation for what we now call the New World Order, the restoration of "Atlantis" or to put it biblically: the Days of Noah.

Another time, he will defend Aleister Crowley, father of modern Satanism and "World Culture" who channeled "The Book of the Law". Satan's law, to be precise. Crowley was known to be a ritual abuser of children, and even tried to create a body for the Antichrist, which he called "The Babilon Works".

Tsarion will start his DVD set with stating one has to put the Bible aside, and instead turn to mythology and treat it like "Gospel Truth". However, he himself will continually quote the very Bible he says should be put aside, to make his points.

Let's take just one example of the fact that his logic is very far from what is usually seen as such.

The Babylon Observer heard him say in the DVD set: "The Bible says that God created man and woman, this means that God is neither man or woman. Additionally, the Hebrew word for God is female".

Not, that Mr. Tsarion will explain just why God cannot be a male and create male and female in the same time. Apparently, God is a female because some man-made language supposedly has the word in a female form. And apparently, the female God is able to create Man and Woman, but the male God is not.

With logic like this, and a clear agenda to make people believe the New Age agenda, it is obvious that people will disagree and even expose him for what he really is: an apologist for Luciferianism.

One of these people is Chris White of the Nowhere to Run broadcast that can be heard on the American Revere Radio Network as well as the Internet. In two great broadcasts, he has exposed Michael Tsarion's doctrines as well as his long bloodline of generational Luciferians.

Just recently, the Babylon Observer learned just how Michael Tsarion responds to the fact that he is being exposed. To be more accurate, Tsarion responds to his followers who asked why he didn't want to "debate" Chris White.

While admitting to what he calls "a few errors", he basically says he doesn't want to debate Chris White because the broadcaster hasn't purchased all of Tsarion's material, which costs 100's of dollars by the way.

That is to say, a debate with words. Someone like Tsarion who claims to know all about language, is unable to use this very same language to make his points.

Quoting Tsarion in a response on his forum: "The only debate i'll give this pathetic specimen is with my fist."

Read all about this latest example of NEW AGE RAGE in a recent news item by Outlaw News and join the Most High Jah in a good laugh (Psalm 2) over Tsarion's response, that is included as well.

--------------------

Outlaw News
December 16, 2007

New Age guru Michael Tsarion, who has recently been publicly exposed as a Freemason and generational occultist, has threatened physical violence against one of the people who assisted this exposure - Chris White, of the 'Nowhere to Run' internet radio show, who recently did a show on Tsarion's occult connections, noting among other things that he is an admitted member of the Rosicrucian Order.

This show was brought up on Tsarion's forum, and rather than respond to any of the facts brought up by Chris, Tsarion simply called him "trash who has emerged from his fucking toilet" and then stated that "the only debate i'll give this pathetic specimen is with my fist" (entire response posted below).

Though this comment was somewhat offhand, and not something one would really take to court as a threat of assault, it shows Tsarion's mindset. By degrading Chris with Ad Hominem attacks, Tsarion claims that he has no obligation to respond to any of the facts he brought up.

When I tried to go on his forum and bring up some of the facts mentioned on the show, my comment was denied approval by one of the Admins. This doesn't surprise me. If you go on his forum, you will see that people are talking about the show, but none of them have said one word about the actual content of it. This is because any mention of the facts brought up in the show is disallowed from Michael Tsarion's forum. I encourage anyone who doubts this to go and try to post something negative about "Mtsar" on his forum.

His forum is filled with people who follow him with religious fervor, and on my own forum, I have found that his followers will viciously attack anyone who mentions anything negative about their great spiritual leader. This is no different from the behavior of the members of any other cult.

All of this is simply further proof of what those of us in the know were already well aware of: Michael Tsarion is a fake and a shill, put out by the powers that be to mix fact with fiction and create mass confusion among our movement. He promotes the belief in aliens as well as a mass of other occult garbage including tarot cards and astrology. He also promotes the Rothschild funded philosophy of Theosophy, and is an apologist for the very high Freemason and founder of the OTO, Aliester Crowley, who it is recently declassified was a paid agent of MI-6.

Alan Watt, though apparently hesitant to say all he knows about this situation, has several times indicated that Michael Tsarion, David Icke, Jordan Maxwell, and the rest of that little club are all disinformation agents, put out there to mix the truth with the sci-fi/fantasy world of the New Age religion. Here is a recent interview where Alan discusses this (MP3).

It is also worth noting that Tsarion's forum is hosted by Red Ice Creations, the Admin of which, Henrik Palmgren, does a radio show where Michael Tsarion is a regular guest. Alan Watt used to appear on this show every month, but recently he has stopped being invited, claiming on his own show which airs on RBN that this was due to the fact that he refused to go along with the "alien agenda" propaganda which most of the Red Ice guests promote. I like the guy, and we regularly like to each others sites, but apparently, Henrik has become a member of the club.

Chris White is a friend of mine, and after the threats and hateful statements which Tsarion has made against him, this issue is pretty close to home; I also feel that the people doing what he is doing, sabotaging our movement from within, are actually more damaging that the attacks from without. I am going to continue to do everything I can to make sure this man is fully exposed, so as he is no longer able to harm people with his psychologically and spiritually destructive propaganda.

-Andre

Here is Tsarion's full explaination of why he will not respond to the facts brought up on Chris White's show, from his forum (this will probably removed when attention is drawn to it):

what are you people talking about when you say debate? debate with this trash who has emerged from his fucking toilet?

do any of you know what a true "critic" really is? it appears not.

some skinflint muckslinger has a bash at a few short free webstreams and that is now regarded as criticism. he has not the dvds, and has not bought the book. that is obvious. a few errors is all he can summon to mucksling at.

he did not contact me like a decent respectful being, and ask me personally about all this. he launched a vicious online attack hoping to be somebody by slander, slander of someone who actually has achieved important things.

these vermin are a dime a dozen. they'll can spew what they want, and mucksling, and waste valuable time.

my work has been complimented by veterans in the field of research from every part of the globe. and i don't even need or require these people's endorsement, although its nice when it comes from a sincere person.

this undereducated, spluttering inarticulate christian (not) moron needs to shut his cakehole, and stop making a total idiot of himself. but being so terribly desperate for attention, this is the way ENVIOUS people go about. the only debate i'll give this pathetic specimen is with my fist.

send the creature these two articles, and ask him to comment on me, and say i'm a disinformationalist or a servant of the illuminati.

LINK and LINK

ask this genius of criticism, to show me his articles. ask him to prove he is not a servant of the secret societies that are clearly out to silence the servants of truth?

exposed, am i? the sewer rat does not even know the meaning of the word. he could not find a tit in a whore house.

DUBSTA CHAPTER TWO
DUBROOM MP3 REVIEW

WWW, December 2007 - Opening up with Mikey Dread's massive and even anthemic Saturday Night Style definitely sets the tone for the second chapter of Dubsta: another 72 minutes of stricktly DUB awaits!

Ask "any" well-known producer of contemporary Digital Dance Music, and (s)he will tell you all about how DUB really stands at the foundation of their music.

When (s)he knows his/her own business, that is...

It is said, that DUB originated in King Tubby's studio when he was doing a sound check and forgot to turn of the echo before pressing the "play" button. We all know where it went to, otherwise we wouldn't be checking out Dubsta's second Podcast anyway.

Chapter One introduced us to many of the originators of DUB: King Tubby of course, and Prince Jammy. We got a little taste of the fruits, too, but Chapter Two of Dubsta takes us even further down the road of DUB as we even transcend the realms of Reggae!

DUBSTA CHAPTER ONE
DUBROOM MP3 REVIEW

WWW, December 2007 - With an interesting, catchy combination of Old and New Skool DUB, Dubsta Chapter One satisfies the needs of the lover of Drum and Bass Driven Music.

Did King Tubby know, what he was listening to when he first heard the drum and bass with echo's on what was said to be a sound check in his studio somewhere in the late 1960's, early 70's?

Did he know, he was about to launch a completely new discipline in studio technology that would forever change the face of not just Reggae Music, but in fact all contemporary forms of (digital) Dance Music?

The answer we will probably never know.

We do know, that DUB indeed has become just that: the foundation for many styles as well as a discipline within Reggae Music that continues to puzzle the minds of many producers until this very day.

We also know, that this can all be experienced by listening to the first chapter of the two-part Dubsta Series.

After an initial introduction, we're taken straight to Jamaica where Prince Jammy and King Tubby give us some crucial DUB vibes, only to move forward to the UK where the Mad Professor is at the Control Tower and takes DUB even further.

Just three names, and don't think it's all about them either.

Dubsta Chapter One takes us to times and places where many don't think they can find some crucial DUB as their minds are mostly in the past anyway.

Know DUB, download DUBSTA CHAPTER ONE!

"Ska Boom!" is a very appropriate title of the 10th episode of his podcast, as it is much more than "just" another mix of pre-Reggae Jamaican Music. It truly is a "bomb selection" that doesn't only show where Reggae is coming from, it actually portrays the energy that came with music back in the 1960's as if it was played yesterday.

Surely, "Ska Boom!" is something you want to check out for more than the obvious -essential and historical- reasons. You will actually start to move and groove even when your grandmother was young around the time..

Dubroom Message Boards (1) (Webmaster Column)

Dubroom Online - Edition December 15, 2007

"DUBROOM MESSAGE BOARDS (1)" (WEBMASTER'S COLUMN)

WWW, December 15 2007 - The Dubroom Message Boards contain an enormous amount of in-depth reasonings and meditations about a wide variety of topics from a wide variety of perspectives.

Many people know their way to the boards, where most will read what others wrote. Especially topics that deal directly with spirituality and (other) consciousness related matters have the interest of thousands of visitors.

The boards are a place for people to promote their music, too, even when it is not reviewed in the Dubroom.

And that's fine, because another word for Message Board is the Greek word "Forum", which basically means: stage.

HOUSE OF REGGAE CHAPTER 14
DUBROOM MP3 REVIEW

WWW, December 2007 - Starting and ending with an Abyssinians track, the 14th episode of the House Of Reggae provides another hour of Ire Reggae Music presented in a relaxed and informative atmosphere.

The show starts off with a little humor. It seems, that some people don't have the time to listen to a whole hour of Reggae Music but still want to check out the House of Reggae.

Can it be done?

In one minute, our host plays a part of the selection he is about to play, which fortunately lasts only one minute. But in that minute, he makes quite a point: you really need to take your time and listen.

Yes, "unfortunately" it's true: you have to take time to actually check out the music and the information that fills every episode of the House if Reggae. "Unfortunately", you cannot enjoy one hour of crucial Reggae music in a minute!

Unfortunately, indeed, some people don't want to take the time to enjoy the music. That wouldn't be the readers of the Dubroom Reviews, though.

They know what to do: Right-Click, Select "Save As..", and...

Enjoy!

The Law: A Great Delusion (A Spiritual Meditation by Messian Dread)

THE LAW: A GREAT DELUSION
A SPIRITUAL MEDITATION BY MESSIAN DREAD

WWW, December 2007 - WWW, December 2007 - In the Old Testament, you can find several books filled with all kinds of rules. It's called "The Law".

Are we supposed to obey this law?

Start reading in Exodus somewhere, and you will see the start of a really long list of commandments and prohibitions that will cover almost every aspect of life.

We call it "The Law". Some also call it simply "Moses", as Moses is widely seen as the writer of the first five books of the Bible.

This law was given to the children of Israel by Moses, when they were in the desert traveling from Egypt to the promised land. It contained a summary in the form of what we know as "The Ten Commandments", but the whole of the law is recorded in four books: Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy.

The law is really very strickt. It contains a lot of rules concerning all kinds of things and even the least of all violations could lead to a -painful- death penalty.

Many people will read The Law and shake their heads in unbelief: "who can keep up with the rules in this law?", they ask themselves. Not without reason, because the Law says that if you violate one point, you are a violator of the whole law!

Just an example: if people would have sex without being bound in Holy Marriage, they would have to be stoned to death because of adultery or fornication.

Abut 2000 years ago, a Man walked on the face of the planet. He was not just a man, though. He was born of a virgin and He was JAH Himself: the Creator coming in human form.

His Name was Yesus Kristos, Yeshouah Mashiach, Jesus Christ.

He came to "fulfill the law", as the New Testament explains. He was there, to actually do what was written in the Law. He was there, to do what nobody else could do before or after Him.

Just browse a little bit through the law, my dear reader, and ask yourself: "how many violations have I already done in my life?"...

That's not the question people were asking when Yesus was walking among them, though. They would browse through the law to see what the other one was doing and they would be using that law to downpress people.

The New Testament tells us about an event, in which they took a woman because this woman had sex with a man she was not married with. They did not bother the man, though, but just the woman.

They took the woman to a place to get stoned and it was not a Dutch coffee shop where they took her to. To be stoned meant that you would die because of the many stones people throw at you. A thing which you can still find today in certain countries, by the way.

Yesus was there too, watching the hypocrites who in themselves had violated almost every point of the law already.

When the people were about to stone the woman, He wrote something on the ground. Too much speculation over just what it was that He wrote down. It's not important, otherwise it would have been mentioned. What was mentioned, is Yesus Kristos explaining the law to the stoners.

He said to them: "Let He That Is Without Sin Cast The First Stone".

Obviously, nobody was able to do it....

There was another event, in which a rich young man came to Yesus Kristos and asked Him: "What must I do to get eternal life?"

Yesus answered Him by saying that he had to keep up with the whole law. The rich man then claimed, he was doing exactly that. So the Lord told the rich man some more. He said: "Go and sell everything that you have, give it to the poor and follow Me".

The rich man turned away from Yesus. He knew, he could never do it.

The Bible Teachers of that time were -among other groups- called the Pharisees. They loved to study the bible. They knew every verse by heart and they would even add a few of their own.

Yesus told them: "You study the Bible because you think there is eternal life in that Bible, but you do not know Who is talking to you and you do not want to come to Me".

The Bible in that time was what we now call the Old Testament. The New Testament had still to be written. And there is a huge difference between the two, even though they do not contradict.

Where the OT speaks about orders and condemnation, the New Testament explains to the fullness just why the law was given and how we are supposed to deal with it.

Where the Old Testament starts with the Law, the New Testament starts with Grace!

You see, the law is good and contains nothing but truth.

Still, it is not designed to be obeyed.

It is designed to be broken by all, and fullfilled by One.

What Yesus told the rich man, was a thing this rich man was unable to do. He had already fooled himself into thinking how he was somehow a follower of the Law and so he was convinced of his own righteousness, as the law also says: "He who keeps the Law is Perfect".

What Yesus told the people who wanted to stone the woman (and not the man), was a thing these people did not want to know. He showed them how hypocrite they were, thinking they could use the law to kill other people where they themselves were as sinful as the woman they were about to kill so violently.

What Yesus told the Pharisees, was that you could not find eternal life in the Law. In the Books. In the Bible. You can study all you want, and know all there is to know, even "believe it to be true", and still miss out on that eternal life.

Yesus showed the people without the shadow of a doubt, that they (we!) are all unable to do what we are supposed to do according to the Law.

But He showed more!

He showed Himself. Everything we cannot do, is what He did!

Now, obviously, this is the very heart of the Gospel Message. Yesus lived the life we should live, and died the death we should have died. He became our Substitute and in Him, we are obedient to the Law and declared justified.

And we did so, legally, 2000 years ago!

One would assume, that every sinner will jump for joy when they hear the blessed message of redemption. But unfortunately, this is not the case.

Within what might loosely be called "Christianity", there is a growing number of people who expose the very same mentality as the ones described in the previous paragraphs.

They will claim that Yesus is not JAH, they will claim that "Christianity" really is a form of Judaism, they will claim that the Law is still in effect and supposed to be obeyed by all. They will even claim it is possible to obey the law and become perfect in this body.

How is it possible that people can claim to be "Christian" and not see Who Yesus really is and what He has actually done for us?

In my opinion, this has to do with something the Bible calls "A Great Delusion".

Somewhere in the New Testament, you can read how the apostle Paulus writes about it. He says something to the effect of "If you do not love the Truth, JAH will send you a Great Delusion which will make you believe the lie":
And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 2Th 2:8-12
The apostle reveals a very important principal here.

At first glance, it might sound kind of logical: if you do not believe the Truth you will believe a lie. But the principal goes deep, as Paulus basically says that Jah will amplify (y)our love.

When you love the Truth, Jah will give you more love for the Truth. He will guide you higher and deeper and will even grow His fruits in you so that you will do good things.

When you love the lie, that says "you can do what Yesus did", Jah will also give you more love for the lie. Just like the Antichrist who sets himself in the temple (that is the human body) and proclaims himself to be god, you will also think of yourself as on the same position as Yesus.

And because Yesus is Jah, when you claim you can obey the law you are actually claiming a place that only Jah can take. You will believe the exact same lie as Lucifer who said to himself he would rise above the Most High and become god.

Now, how can the law be a Great Delusion? Was that law not sent by Jah Himself, and is not Satan the father-of-lies? Is the law a lie?

Well, the apostle makes it clear that the Delusion we speak about here, does not originate from Satan. No, this is a thing that comes from Jah Himself and therefore it is a serious thing.

You can fight against attacks and misleadings from Satan, but when the Lord God Jah Himself is behind it, there is not much you can do.

You can not fight Yesus Kristos, Who is JAH!

You can not fight Yesus Kristos, Who is the Truth Incarnate!

It is an undeniable fact, that the Old Testament law is given by Jah Himself. The rules and regulations recorded in the first books of the Old Testament are all good, and if everyone would live according to that law the world would really be a better place!

But, as said, there is only One Who was able to keep up with the law. Only One, Who could live it up. Only One, Who... fulfilled the law!

Yes, Yesus fulfilled the law. The book of Hebrews explains this to the fullness. It even says: "What Is Fulfilled is Not Far From Vanishing".

Yes, the law had a place and a function, until it would be fulfilled. Just like a prophecy: it is valid until the time in which it was fulfilled. But when it is fulfilled, it has lost it's function and will only have a historical relevance so that we can understand/overstand the times we are living in.

Yesus fulfilled many prophecies, Yesus also fulfilled the law. He showed, that He is the Only One Who is able to Live it Up. This means, that Yesus is really JAH Himself, for Who Is Righteous But JAH alone?

The law was given to us, so that we would see just how big our sins are. So that we shall see, that we are completely unable to live it up, even if we want to. So that we shall see, that there is really not one who is righteous but Jah only.

We can, as some do, try to keep up with as many rules as possible. We can fool ourselves into thinking that Jah somehow will "balance" our good and bad deeds and make a decision based on that balance. We can... believe a lie!

But we can better decide to love the Truth. And the Truth is, that the law is fulfilled. What we are unable to do, Yesus has done for us. And when we accept Him as our Lord and Saviour, when we acknowledge that He is really JAH HIMSELF, He will make us born again.

We must be born again, not try to live up to a law that has already been fulfilled and "try to make the best of it". We must be born again, because our state shows that we are unable to live it up.

If we do not acknowledge that Yesus is really Jah, we are saying that people can actually become perfect without Jah. When we claim, that Yesus is not Jah and that "Christianity" is some sort of "Judaism 2.0", we are taking the place of Jah for we claim we can do what only Jah can do.

For Who is righteous but JAH?
