"UNDENIABLE" (WEBMASTER'S COLUMN)
WWW, February 8 2009 - Sometimes, things are kind of really, really obvious. The pictures that came out of Iraq, for example, where we could see how systematically, prisoners were tortured and abused.
We heard words like "enhanced interogation", but the pictures showed just what that means: torture.
Undeniable, that is.
It's one thing to close Guantanamo Bay, it's another to close a whole system where abuse and torture are the order of the day. As we all know, there are many Guantanamo Bay's all over the world...
The documentary reviewed for today shows, how this system extends to the domestic prison system of America, where abuse and torture are, just like in Guantanamo, the order of the day.
Undeniable, that is....
