WWW, October 2009 - Attention Producers, Vocalists and Sound Systems: check out the brand new "Reggae Got Talent Competition 2009", where you can either make a tune around an accapella track of lyrical super talent Solo Banton or voice over a version mixed by Conscious Sounds' Dougie Wardrop. Sound Systems can put the Banton tune in their DJ mix.
Send your production to Reality Shock Records before November 30 to have it reviewed by Reggae Veterans and get some really, really attractive prizes!

Reality Shock Records, Houseofreggae.de & Forward FM have teamed up to bring you the very first «Reggae Got Talent» competition 2009!
There are three competition categories:
1. Upcoming Artists
2. Producers
3. DJs & Sounds
The deadline for all entries will be November 30th & winners will be announced December 14th. All entries will be judged by our panel of reggae veterans including Earl 16, Afrikan Simba & Dougie Wardrop
Competition #1 - for upcoming artists
Task:
- To record an original vocal on the 'old time something' version, available for download here: www.realityshock.com/solob.zip
- Upload your song & also the seperate vocal tracks in WAV, AIFF or 320kbps MP3 format, to your server or to any file hosting site (such as yousendit, sendspace, megaupload etc) along with a photo, short biography & your artist url / myspace address if you have one.
- Email the download link to talent@realityshock.com subject: upcoming artist (from an email address we can contact you back on)
1st prize:
- Your vocal will be mixed by Kris Kemist on exclusive Bush Chemists Dub versions, cut on 10" dubplate & sent to you
