Dubroom Online, Edition November 22 2009

WWW, November 22 2009 - Starting today until November 30, Jah Willing we'll feature one free and legal MP3 file a day from the UK based Reggae and Dub duo Love Grocer.

Their music is rather remarkable: original Roots Reggae with beautiful horns and fine to crucial mixing, most of it released as instrumentals with a slice of Dub.

You can also get another -rather long- Digital Steppers Dub by the Power Steppers, another UK based Dub and Reggae collective of which the Dubroom has quite a few free and legal MP3's reviewed and available straight from the Dubroom's download pages.

Love it or hate it.

Even though I can't imagine anyone hating UK DUB and Roots...

One Love, Give Thanks,
Messian Dread (Dubroom Webmaster)

The above column is the personal opinnion of the Webmaster and does not neccesarily reflect the contents of the Dubroom Website and/or Message Boards and/or Weblogs.

WWW, November 22 2009 - The Drum and Bass are massive, the voice is more than heartical, the horns are -of course! This is Love Grocer, remember?- there in just the right sound and proportion: everything is there to maintain the Dub vibe that the lover of the better UK productions expect.

Almost 6 minutes of pure, and pure niceness, which definitely makes you wanna listen to part two as well. Part two, which will be presented in the next Dubroom Online MP3 Review.

WWW, November 2009 - When the tune starts with a crucial bassline, nuff sounds and a drum rhythm which is building up to yet another powerful steppers rhythm, an expectation is build which is most definitely satisfied in the 5 minutes which have then yet to come.
