"WELCOME TO DECEMBER" (WEBMASTER'S COLUMN)
WWW, December 1 2009 - Upfull greetings and welcome to the special month of December 2009, wherein a couple of special things are scheduled.
First of all (those of you who read this on the Dubroom frontpage will see him on your left side), this is the first day of the Mikey Dread special.
Every day, Jah willing, Dubroom Online will feature a free and legal MP3 file, complete with review and download link, from the Dread At The Control. Mikey Dread is also featured artist in the MP3 portal, and featured artist in the section of Dubroom Artist Pages which was started this year.
Which brings us to that other special thing for December, as this is the month in which I traditionally evaluate the last twelve months.
On top of this, we've entered into the last month of the Dubroom Online MP3 Reviews. Doesn't mean that the flow of MP3's is decreasing, though...
This, and much more, Jah Willing, in the coming 30 days.
One Love, Give Thanks,
Messian Dread (Dubroom Webmaster)
The above column is the personal opinnion of the Webmaster and does not neccesarily reflect the contents of the Dubroom Website and/or Message Boards and/or Weblogs.
ITEMS FOR THIS EDITION:
WWW, December 1 2009 - He really doesn't need to be (announced as) the-son-of, because Ky-Mani Marley is very well willing and able to lay down some solid Roots and wisdom in the Roots Rock Reggae Tradition. And, by the way, he identifies his Father and you might just be suprised. Just listen as he explains how yesterday it might not have been too late, but that can change in the day we call tomorrow...
WWW, December 2009 - Mikey Dread's toasting comes out at it's best in this Dread At The Controls production, crucially mixed by King Tubby in his Waterhouse studio. You just must love the Dread At The Controls, yah!
WWW, November 2009 - Last August 17, the Dubroom started with a brand new daily series of MP3 reviews, all coming with a free and legal direct download link on the review page.
Here's the schedule for the month of December, 2009. It's the last month of this series, but we'll continue with another one.
