DUBROOM MP3 REVIEW
WWW, November 2007 - An interesting mix wherein King Tubby meets some crucial UK DUB engineers can only be produced by a veteran in the Sound system business and so it is done.
You won't really notice as DJ Ian Irie takes us from one selection into the next during the 60+ minutes of this podcast that you really will want to play loud by the way.
The thing is, that one track can be originally produced decades before the next one. You do not usually combine King Tubby material with fat UK Dub productions until you really know what you're doing.
You guessed it: This one has the mark of a skilled selector is all over!
This is the kind of mix you put on to jump around, or even to completely chill out and let the drum and bass take you from one echo to the next while you... relax.
