MYSTERY BABYLON (129)

Dubroom Online - Edition June 2, 2008

"MYSTERY BABYLON (129)" (WEBMASTER'S COLUMN)

WWW, June 2 2008 - It is of crucial essence to know the mechanisms and principals that make Babylon into the very Mystery that she really is.

It's of crucial essence to see that you have to learn her ways of thinking before you know what she says, and you have to take it as truth in order to get there where most people want: in the favor of the Mystery.

In short, when you want to know what's going on you must discern the language that Babylon speaks, and if you want her favor you must speak that very same language and hold it for truth.

It starts already at her name, as we say these last few days. And that is where the principal or mechanism is illustrated perfectly.

Where you translate the word "Babylon" into "Gateway to (the) God(s)" when you look at the word from her own language, there is also another language that will use the exact same word to describe the exact same Mystery.

However, the definition is quite different.

MESSIAN DREAD - TRIBAL WAR (DUBROOM MP3 RELEASE)

MESSIAN DREAD - TRIBAL WAR
DUBROOM MP3 RELEASE

TRACK DESCRIPTION

This is the 10th track of my album "Showcase".

Slowing down the tempo, just a little bit. A majestic horn theme gives the tune a vague resemblance to a much older tune called "Wolves". Only "vibe wise", though..

The rhythm is danceable, as all kinds of percussion are used, even hand claps and electronic snares. It's a mix of Rub a Dub style, as well as some deeper Roots, heralding what's next on the album.

The lyrics are upfull and in the same time chanting down the tribal war that the leaders of nations as well as so-called "conscious" people keep trying to get us into.

LYRICS

Jah Jah He say
We got to love one another
Jah Jah He say
We got to give respect to one another

So let us give some respect
Every day
Let us give some love
Every day

Give some love to your neighbor
Give some love to the one
Next to you
Even from far beyond

Let us no fight tribal wars
In dis ya city
Let us not fight
Tribal wars

You got to stay far
With your tribal war

Hear what I say...

We don't need no more
Pole ice water
We don't need no more
Green, green soldier
We don't no more
Corruption
We don't want no
Explosion

So back of, back of,
Mister Bush, man (NOTE: not Bushman the artist)
Back of, back of,
Preacher man, with your try...

Dubroom Message Boards Currently offline

Greetings!

As you may or may not have noticed, since yesterday the Dubroom Messgae Boards are offline. This is a thing to do with the provider xsorbit, who himself is completely offline. Verify this by checking http://www.xsorbit.com/ or http://www.goliathboards.com/ or http://www.xsorbit1.com/ and you will get an error message.

I sincerely hope this is temporal, and I think so too. But the thing is, I cannot even send them a note since they are completely offline. I will keep trying, though, and in the worst case I have to go through a different provider. But I hope not, because of the enormous wealth of information that has been produced throughout the years.

Anyway, this is the only thing I can do right now: writing this little message.

MYSTERY BABYLON (128)

Dubroom Online - Edition June 1, 2008

"MYSTERY BABYLON (128)" (WEBMASTER'S COLUMN)

WWW, June 1 2008 - The fact that most of us understand Babylonianese, does not mean we all know that we do. After all, Babylon is a mystery. And that means: something which is hidden, and meant to be hidden too!

Mystery Babylon only shows herself at her terms and conditions, the first condition being to adopt her way of thinking as your own. The more you show to be able to do so, the more you will be initiated.

You can see this in every aspect of the system. Take education, for example.

The more you show to be able to "learn", the more you will be taught knowledge that -if you analyze- is only useful when you take your position in the system and do what you're supposed to do in that system.

It's not just in the educational systems that you'll find this. Take the religions of the world, for example. They show they very same mechanisms.

We know all of this to be facts. We know, if you will,, that the Babylonian language exists and we are all trained to understand it, yes, to speak it.

DUBROOM MP3 RELEASE

TRACK DESCRIPTION

This is the 8th track of my album "Showcase".

And we stay in a celebrating mood.

Where the previous track celebrated Jah works, this one is a big up to Rub a Dub music. And with a slide guitar playing the theme there's some very special vibes in the tune, too.

The bassline is deep, and plays a line that sound more monotonous than it actually is. This becomes clear in the second part of the track, when a female voice recorder through a vocoder announces the Dub.

A Dub that completely transforms the vibe of the tune as the drum and bass guide you throughout a number of different effects, of which the reverse (no reverb, but reverse) stands out as it is strategically placed for a special vibe.

LYRICS

Oh yes, In a Rub a Dub style...

Rub a Dub Style all the while, sir
People dem smile all the while, sir
Rub a Dub Style all the while, sir
The people dem jump all the while, sir

Skank pon dem feet

Moving and grooving, ya

In a Rub a Dub Style
Well versatile

In a Rub a Dub Style,
In a lover man style,
Well versatile

Dance with the people dem

Every one feeling all right
Everybody smile and jump around

MYSTERY BABYLON (127)

Dubroom Online - Edition May 31, 2008

"MYSTERY BABYLON (127)" (WEBMASTER'S COLUMN)

WWW, May 31 2008 - Most of us have heard the language of Babylon, most of us understand her language quite well indeed, as we have been indoctrinated (read: initiated) into the Mystery from a very young age.

We have come to an understanding of the language that basically tells us how the shitstem is to be worshipped as a Gate to (the) God(s): something which is crucial to realize and can be researched on many levels.

You can trace everything down to it's roots in ancient Babylon when Nimrod built the ancient tower of Babel, which was nothing short but an attempt to open the bottomless pit which is situated in ancient Iraq and described in the book of Revelation.

However, the inevitable consequence of Nimrod's attempt to establish a New World Order is the indoctrination of the people of the world into a certain mind-set.

DUBROOM MP3 REVIEW

WWW, May 2008 - Five crucial Jamaican Dub tunes from the 1970's, including Bob Marley's "One Drop": here's a fresh choice of old skool Dub that will make you move and groove to the rhythm of the drum and bassline once more!

The Sinko Podcast series does not usually specialize in Reggae or even DUB. The selector writes, that he's been "listening to an awful lot last year", which did inspire him for this nice selection of 1970's Jamaican Reggae.

It's interesting to hear with what someone who doesn't know "all" the in's and out's of Dub and Reggae will come up with, of course. Sinko's selection shows the choice of someone who has definitely felt the vibe!

Interesting is the Dub from Bob Marley's "One Drop". Marley never released a Dub album. After the King of Reggae died, some Dubs were released. There are also a number of Dubs originally mixed by Dennis Thompson, circulating in circles of Dub and Reggae collectors. These dubs found their way out of the studio without ever having been released on the market.

The Bob Marley Dub is right in the middle of the 5-track Podcast. We hear The Soul Syndicate and the Revolutionaries playing riddims, King Tubby and Prince Jammy mixing everything skillfully into DUB.

Enjoy a fresh choice of old skool!
